The service offered was very good. We had the standard king room provided with a balcony, 2 tv's plus a marvelous view. Exceptionally nice location, Luis Eduardo Magalhaes airport was 1 km away...

The hotel overcame all my expectations. The facilities are great, the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is fantastic at a reasonable price. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is in Itapuã beach and is quite close to the airport. There are cabs in front of the hotel all the time and there are regular bus lines to take you to the downtown area of Salvador.
Although the downtown area of Salvador (The Pelourinho) is less than 20km away, the location of the hotel can be considered a bit far because of traffic. Traffic in Salvador is quite hectic these days.

This venue has a fantastic location that's really close to the airport, which is definitely a plus. the building has a unique charm to it, making it feel special. the staff here are wonderful and really make an effort to treat guests well. And let me tell you, the breakfast is impressive—definitely more than you'd expect from a three-star place! 🌟.

Mar Brasil Hotel is a good option if you want to have relax. The room was clean and comfortable. The gardens are wonderful. The beach near the Hotel is among the best of Bahia, the swimming pool is small but nice. The breakfast and the meals are excellent with quality options and good meals. For dinning two persons whit entrance, principal and desserts you wil pay U$S 90. and in Salvador de Bahia center you can spend the same in a shopping mall churrascaria. WiFi is available everywhere but sometimes the connection fail. If you can i advice to stay at the "Vinicius House" Room whit special views and amenities it's only U$S 10.- more than my deluxe room i were and you can enjoy it now that i tell you. Vinicius de Moraes was a famous singer that still sell CD's with his lovely music. Sleep in his room is a special gift if you know him and love his music.
Nearby the Hotel there is a poor and dark zone that is not safe. If you don't rent a car Mar Brasil Hotel is not the best choice. All the tourist points of Salvador de Bahia are very log far from the Hotel, one hour at least if you take the bus service that is not good and the taxi fares are extremely expensive.

Not too expensive, close to the bus stop and beach
Good for short stay, too far from Salvadore center (1hr by bus), taxi to the airport r$ 45.
